We're looking for a talented and driven Product Designer to join our Web team, focusing on web design and optimizing conversion rate. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the user journey, particularly in optimizing our website and sign up flow from awareness to sign-up. Your work will directly impact how new users discover and engage with Natural Cycles.
By joining our team, you’ll get the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of projects with a team of top product designers, product managers, and engineers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, hybrid (technology/operations) environment. You’ll work on big, strategic projects as well as short, iterative A/B tests where you’ll get to see the impact of your work right away.

What You'll Do:
Design for web & acquisition flows: Create and optimize web-based acquisition funnels, including web pages, signup flows, and purchase funnels.
Drive growth through design: Collaborate cross functional teams to design and A/B test web elements, focusing on key metrics like lead generation and conversion rates.
End-to-end design process: From initial concepts and user journey mapping to wireframing and high-fidelity mockups, you'll manage the full design lifecycle.
Data-driven design: Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure impact.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other designers in an agile environment. Contribute to our design system, brand and broader design initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of design experience as a product designer for web, with a proven track record in designing consumer-focused web products, especially for mobile.
Growth mindset: Understanding of marketing strategies and user psychology, and a passion for driving user acquisition through design.
Visual design expertise: Strong visual design skills with strong UI/UX capabilities and proficiency in Figma.
Data-driven approach: Proficiency in using data to inform design decisions and measure impact.
Communication & collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and thrive in a team environment.
Self-motivation & curiosity: A self-driven and curious individual, eager to learn and tackle a variety of tasks. Thrives in a fast paced, agile work environment.
Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and successful web design projects.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with conversion funnels (e.g. signup quizzes, purchase funnels)
Experience in A/B testing
Familiarity with user research and usability testing
Knowledge of Design Systems
Critical thinking skills, and a willingness to challenge assumptions

Location
We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. Most of the Product Growth development team you will work with is located in Stockholm. Not living in Sweden? No problem! We offer relocation support to help you move.
