Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should excel at researching potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. This role is critical for expanding the company's customer base and driving revenue growth.
  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and business needs.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Additional Job Details:

Set-up and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM MST (12:00 AM - 09:00 AM PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
