Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
Contract: Independent Contractor
Client Timezone: Wilmington, Delaware (EST)
​Work Schedule: Flexible hours (work generally starts at 3AM EST, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage image editing projects from client briefing to final delivery
  • Develop project timelines and resource allocations
  • Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met
  • Proactively address bottlenecks and delays
  • Communicate project status to clients clearly
  • Coordinate AI specialists, editors, and QA teams
  • Track project metrics to improve efficiency
  • Handle escalations and special requests
Requirements
  • 3+ years in project management (creative services preferred)
  • Understanding of image editing workflow
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record meeting deadlines
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
