Job description

OneIMS Group is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will play a pivotal role in the sales process, setting the stage for the sales team to close deals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and position OneIMS Group's services as a solution.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively communicate the value of our services.
  • Meet and exceed individual performance metrics and contribute to overall team goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively in English.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology solutions is preferred but not required.
