Job description

About Us:

Serenity AG is a private investment firm and healthcare accelerator.  Through partnerships with leading physicians, we enable the launch, scale-up and operation of concierge wellness centers that specialize in integrative care for both the mind and body. Our clinics specialize in treating treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other related medical and behavioral health issues. Everything we do is driven by our desire to offer the best in care and experience for our patients. Our top-tier providers are the best in their field. Our facilities are designed for unparalleled comfort in every aspect.

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Advocate to help deliver on our vision of redefining what it means to be a patient-centered practice. This role reports to the Director of Provider Relations for Serenity AG. If you're organized, passionate about healthcare outreach or cutting-edge medical treatment offerings, and eager to make an impact, apply today to help expand mental health care access!

  • This is a remote sales & business development role. It focuses on OUTBOUND calling to area healthcare providers to drive awareness of our partner clinics, educate them on our specialty services, and foster opportunities for the referral of patients.
  • Be prepared to engage in up to 100 or more outbound calls per day
  • Success in this role is measured by the engagement of area providers toward building relationships with our medical teams in targeted areas. Through fostering relationships, local healthcare providers will be able to help guide patients in need of certain specialty healthcare. As such, success is also measured by the growth of patient volume at our partner clinics.
  • The company provides a database of area providers (you may need to do additional online research for context) and then the Director of Provider Relations works closely with the Sales & Business Development Advocates to effectively engage providers and deliver key messages about our growing specialty practices. It involves outbound outreach (phone, text, email, virtual appointments, and social media) to explain the services offered at the practice as a way of encouraging those providers to consider referring patients that may benefit from the amazing specialty care that our partner practices provide.
  • This role requires exceptional organization—managing outreach lists, CRM data management, tracking provider interactions, and ensuring consistent follow-ups.
  • Beyond outreach, you’ll nurture ongoing relationships with providers, ensuring long-term engagement and education about our services.
  • Be a subject matter expert on the healthcare services provided by the practice (we specialize in Spravato treatments for those suffering from treatment-resistant depression).
  • Be able to effectively explain what services our clinics provide and differentiate versus other healthcare options in the local area.
  • Approach conversations in a compassionate, empathetic, and consultative manner. Communicate in a highly professional, polished manner which will include inbound/outbound patient calls, emails, and voicemails.
  • Exhibit a continuous improvement and process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrate a positive, can-do, caring, and empathic demeanor at all times. Be adaptable and willing to take on new challenges as the business grows.

Requirements

  • Seeking a high-energy, passionate communicator who thrives on provider outreach and building long-term relationships in the healthcare space.
  • Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare, medical sales, or clinical settings, allowing them to engage effectively with various provider types.
  • Should have at least 2 years of sales, business development, or customer service experience in a healthcare environment; preferably in the mental health field.
  • Must be a compassionate, sensitive communicator that enjoys helping patients to get the care they need
  • Details really matter in what we do. You must be able to have precise conversations about what we offer and what we need from the patient to enable our team to efficiently arrange for their care and healing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptionally professional written and verbal communication skills including phone and email etiquette.
  • Key characteristics: organized, intelligent, dependable, active listener, professional, passionate, detail oriented, team player.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time (11:00am–8:00pm Eastern Time)
  • Highly proficient use of computer technologies such as Macbooks and/or Chromebooks, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
