Licensed Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) – Remote Opportunity in California

Are you a licensed mental health professional looking for a remote role with an immediate client caseload? Work from home while providing quality therapy services through an easy-to-use telehealth platform.

Job Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions using client-focused interventions.
• Customize treatment plans based on individual client goals.
• Help clients build resilience and develop coping mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate client records and session notes.
• Foster a supportive and confidential environment for therapy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
• Three years of clinical experience in outpatient care.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools for therapy and documentation.
