2.5+ years proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a similar digital marketing role. Strong understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including best practices for each. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and brand-aligned content. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and optimize strategies based on insights. Proficiency in social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics software such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social. Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Core responsibilities:

Execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Create and curate compelling content across multiple platforms, including text, images, and videos. Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to inquiries. Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and improve campaign effectiveness. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and platform algorithm updates to refine strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals. Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
