The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of insurance sales agents, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to the sales team towards the achievement of sales targets.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: 11:30am - 8:00pm
Thursday: 10:30am - 7:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 4:30pm OR Sunday 9:30am to 6:00pm (one weekday off)
Salary: The pay range for this Remote position is $78,000 - $94,500. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Position also includes sales performance incentives and annual bonuses are some of the additional forms of compensation offered.
