Core responsibilities:

Communicate with other internal departments (Logistics, Purchasing, Marketing, etc.) to ensure efficient Commercial workflow Respondto inbound sales enquiries in Salesforce Identify process improvements, make suggestions and ensure all current processes and procedures are implemented and followed. Assist in preparing and formatting commercial documents, reports, and presentations. Managecalendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Coordinate with clients regarding contract signatures, project updates, and inquiries. Updateand maintain databases, records, and contact lists. Collaborate with the commercial team on various projects, providing administrative assistance as required. Assist in organising and planning events, conferences, and meetings Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other documents
