Develop infographics and illustrations following the brands polygonal design style while maintaining a professional, consulting-oriented visual identity.
Ensure color consistency by following the primary brand color and incorporating complementary gradients where necessary.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the graphics effectively communicate key concepts
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual elements.
Create clean, minimalistic, and structured visuals that avoid cartoonish, bold, or overly colorful elements.
Design graphics for business strategy, digital transformation, operating models, and AI-powered digital products
Maintain visual consistency across all projects by adhering to established design principles and patterns.
Design and implement digital operating models, including automation, cloud-based platforms, and digital marketplaces, to improve operational efficiency.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer
Previous experience with abstract designing and with vector background experience
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical design skills.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Proven experience in creating minimalist and industrial-style designs, particularly infographics, polygonal design, and strategic visuals.
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition in a corporate or strategic context.
Ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, visually appealing graphics.
Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
Ability to take creative direction and translate concepts into compelling visuals.
Strong communication, attention to details, and time management skills.
