Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our client in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages, on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Conduct research and compile information for projects and decision-making.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with personal errands and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
