Supply Chain Analyst - National Accounts Location: Remote Department: Supply Chain – National Accounts Reports To: Senior Director of Supply Chain – National Accounts Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,500 USD/month Position Overview: We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support our Senior Director of Supply Chain – National Accounts. This role involves logistics coordination, administrative and analytical support, reporting, and supply chain management for our sustainable packaging solutions. You will work closely with manufacturing partners, national account suppliers, and internal teams to streamline supply chain operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Communication Support:
Handle supplier communications, including new product development (NPD) updates, order troubleshooting, and sample tracking.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor purchase order (PO) data, identifying and resolving discrepancies between open POs and inventory transfers in NetSuite (NS).
Assist with vendor and supplier management tasks, including invoice reconciliation and document tracking.
Support national account administration and ensure smooth communication with supply chain directors, customer clients, and manufacturing sites.
Logistics & Inventory Management:
Track production schedules and update internal teams on potential delays using NetSuite and Power BI reports.
Monitor container delays at ports and rail hubs, ensuring timely transit progress updates.
Coordinate inventory receipts from ocean transit and domestic suppliers for warehouses and update data in NetSuite.
Assist in creating Inventory Receipts (IRs) for shipments from national account suppliers and key vendors.
Update and maintain landed cost records and ensure compliance with financial documentation.
Support duty calculations for Free Trade Zones (FTZ) and other import-related financial processes.
Work within logistics operations to ensure efficient transportation and distribution of goods.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Assist with entering and maintaining new item data in NetSuite.
Support performance analysis by compiling data for supply chain performance reports.
Generate logistics and supply chain reports to help identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Maintain dashboards and track key supply chain metrics across multiple warehouse locations.
Assist in repointing and analytics to optimize supply chain operations.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in supply chain administration, logistics, or operations support.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with logistics, inventory tracking, procurement, and supply chain analytics.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
