Join Augmenta to revolutionize the construction industry through AI-powered generative design that solves one of construction's most complex challenges: the intricate coordination and optimization of building systems. Our technology enables the return of the "master builder" concept by automating multi-disciplinary optimization across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems - helping address critical labor shortages while improving building performance and sustainability.


The Augmenta Construction Platform (ACP) is a new generation of design tooling for the construction industry that completely automates the design and modelling of complex engineered systems inside buildings. Our first module within this platform automates the routing and modelling of electrical systems for electrical engineers and contractors. This product has just been released to the market, and the first buildings designed with it are now being constructed.

We are a fully remote team, however this role should be located within the USA and will require regular travel throughout the US and Canada. Our team is driven; we work smarter, not harder. The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive our go-to-market strategy and build relationships with key stakeholders in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our sales process while evangelizing Augmenta's transformative technology to customers facing significant coordination challenges in building systems design.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a consultative sales approach with a strong focus on discovery to understand prospect pain points
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in construction firms, engineering companies, and architectural practices
  • Build a growing pipeline of qualified leads using a variety of outreach strategies
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to communicate market feedback
  • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that clearly articulate our value proposition
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop industry-specific messaging and content
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness

  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in construction technology, BIM/VDC solutions, or engineering software
  • Demonstrated experience working in startup environments and contributing to the refinement of sales processes
  • Subject matter knowledge of the AEC industry, particularly related to building systems coordination challenges
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex product capabilities
  • Proficiency with modern sales technology stack including CRM platforms, outreach tools, and sales enablement software
  • Experience with consultative selling and a discovery-based approach to identify customer pain points
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling AI or automation technology to technical professionals
  • Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows and challenges
  • Prior experience with Revit or similar building design software
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems design processes
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
