PEC Associate (CSR) - Clinical Trial Patient Engagement

What will you do?
In this role, you will work directly with Project Managers and the entire PEC team to help meet consent goals for clinical trial projects. You will build relationships and trust with patients throughout the enrollment journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct phone screenings with patients to determine their eligibility for clinical trials.
Empower patients to make informed decisions about their participation by answering their questions and explaining the next steps.
Manage patient profiles in the platform, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
Work closely with project managers across 2-5 clinical trial projects to meet and exceed enrollment goals.

Schedule & Responsibilities:

Main Goal: Build relationships with patients for clinical studies, fostering trust and engagement.
Key Tasks: Sales-focused role, relationship-building, and research support across different countries.
Languages: Spanish-speaking support (Spain - USA - Latam) and English.
Workload: Handling 3 to 5 different studies with varied scripts.
Call Volume: 2-7 calls per day, plus administrative activities.
Average Call Duration: ~30 minutes per call.
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break (40-hour workweek).
Time Zone: EST.

Technical & Workplace Expectations:

Platforms: Dialpad for calls, Outlook for email communications.
Must be adaptable and quick to learn new tools and processes.
Documentation: Notes must be recorded in English for seamless collaboration with team members and patients (CRM experience is a plus).
Communication Style: Warm, engaging, and friendly tone to ensure candidates feel comfortable and excited about the opportunity.
