Summary
Highly skilled and motivated senior Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of an enterprise application platform: experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator would be highly preferred. They must be an excellent communicator, who can effectively liaise with all levels of stakeholders. A team-player who can contribute to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment.
Responsibilities
Ensuring that the project produces the required outputs, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of scope, time, and cost.
Managing the project lifecycle from inception to completion using defined standard project lifecycle practices, artifacts, and methodology.
Be responsible for ensuring key project components are in place, including a Project Initiation Document, detailed project plan, and associated project governance documentation.
Coordinating, directing and motivating internal and external resources assigned to the Project Team including managing the relationship with implementation partners and internal resources.
Managing project risks including the development of contingency plans and effective escalation
Able to provide detailed financial, scheduling and status reporting.
Reporting progress, decisions and actions clearly to key stakeholders
Diligent risk management, escalating risks and issues when necessary.
Experience
Highly preferred: Hands-on experience managing a project involving IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
Minimum of 5 years project management experience in a technology environment.
Significant software project management experience of full lifecycle software implementation
Preferred experience in managing deployments of large-scale software deployments inclusive of complex business requirements, e.g., EDP platform, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Sterling Connect Direct
Driven and enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude to get the job done in a practical and pragmatic fashion whilst keeping key stakeholders 'on side'
The ability to work with stakeholders, internally and externally, at all levels from C-level executives to developers.
Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and tenacious attitude to seek out resolutions
Qualifications
