We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Business Development to engage with C-level executives, VPs, and senior decision-makers at leading technology firms. This high-impact role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving enterprise-level growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise-Level Prospecting - Proactively identify and engage senior executives at top-tier technology organizations through multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone and events).
  • Consultative Sales Engagement – Lead high-value conversations to understand business pain points, align Emerge’s solutions with client needs, and position our unique value proposition effectively.
  • Pipeline Development & Qualification – Assess and qualify potential opportunities, ensuring a strong fit for our services and passing high-quality leads to the sales team.
  • Strategic Outreach Execution – Leverage industry insights and data-driven strategies to craft compelling messaging that resonates with decision-makers.
  • Collaboration & Alignment – Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, improve engagement, and optimize conversion rates.
  • CRM & Performance Tracking – Maintain meticulous records of prospecting activities, engagement metrics, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Industry Intelligence – Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to drive a proactive, informed approach to business development.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in the technology sector, preferably selling enterprise-level solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing C-suite executives, VPs, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a B2B technology sales environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.

  • Base salary range is $100,000- 110,000; OTE of $220,000.
