We are seeking an experienced Data Project Manager with a strong background as a Data Architect to lead and manage data projects with a focus on PySpark and Delta Lake technologies. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data-related projects while providing technical expertise in data architecture. This role requires a combination of project management skills, technical knowledge, and strong leadership abilities to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and oversee data projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met;

- Design scalable and efficient data architectures using PySpark and Delta Lake;

- Provide technical guidance to the development team on implementing data solutions;

- Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure architectural consistency and adherence to standards;

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business goals;

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid experience in data architecture and engineering, with a strong focus on PySpark and Delta Lake;

- Experience managing data projects as a Project Manager or similar role;
