Your Responsibilities
Are you a natural networker who thrives on building and nurturing strategic relationships? As a Partnerships Manager at Meister, you'll play a key role in developing and executing partnership strategies, acquiring new reseller relationships, and strengthening existing ones to drive revenue growth. This business development role within the Marketing team focuses on building and managing partnerships with resellers and IT distributors. While your main focus will be growing ARR and expanding the sales pipeline through strategic partnerships, you’ll also collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partner success.

What Makes You Special
  • 3-5 Years’ Experience. You have a strong track record in business development, partnerships, or channel sales for B2B SaaS in Germany. Proven experience in building and managing partnerships with IT distributors or resellers is a must.
  • Partnership Expertise. You have hands-on experience in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing key partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Revenue & Growth Focus. You bring a results-driven mindset, with strong skills in driving revenue and pipeline growth through partner channels.

  • Language Skills. You are a native German speaker with fluency in English (C2 level); additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy. You're comfortable using CRM software, sales tools, and other technology platforms to manage partnerships and track performance.
  • Prioritization & Analytical Skills. You bring strategic portfolio management skills and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to optimize partner performance.
