Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 AM to 2 PM Tampa, FL time

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Expertly manage the Chief Revenue Officer’s email inbox, prioritizing and handling important communications to ensure smooth business operations
  • Coordinate and schedule high-stakes meetings with government clients and internal team members, optimizing the executive’s time for maximum productivity
  • Assist in strategic calendar management to enhance customer engagement and business development opportunities
  • Liaise with distribution partners to process orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of IT solutions
  • Track shipments and provide proactive updates to customers, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Support the transition to new financial management systems by assisting with data migration and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Generate insightful reports from the QuoteWorks platform to aid in decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with the executive team to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, adhering to strict security protocols required for government-related work
Requirements
  • Proven experience in email management and calendar scheduling for busy executives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-level clients and partners
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and familiarity with financial management software
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, particularly QuickBooks and QuoteWorks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and SharePoint
