Role Name: B2B Lead Generation Specialist

Paid hours per week: 20 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm | Sydney, Australia (AEDT)

Job Description

We’re seeking a talented B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll utilize ZoomInfo to identify and connect with potential clients, conducting strategic cold calls to generate valuable business opportunities. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure, rewarding successful performance with unlimited earning potential. You’ll work closely with our Sydney-based team, providing valuable market insights and helping to overcome client objections through sophisticated sales strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to decision-makers using ZoomInfo platform
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic prospecting
  • Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for the core sales team
  • Document call outcomes and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Sydney team to develop effective objection handling strategies
  • Provide detailed feedback on prospect interactions and market responses
  • Maintain and update lead database with current contact information
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and conversion rates


Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation
  • Previous experience in B2B appointment setting or cold calling
  • Proficiency in using ZoomInfo or similar lead generation platforms
  • Strong ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Available for part-time schedule (20+ hours per week)
  • Comfortable working with Australian time zone
