Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to amplify our brand across multiple platforms and connect with our target audience of busy professionals. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of content creation, community engagement, and strategy development for an exciting startup that’s changing how people access and consume information. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our social media presence, create engaging content that resonates with our audience, and drive growth across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and Twitter. Responsibilities

• Craft and schedule compelling content for TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and Twitter using Canva and our scheduling tools
  
• Maintain an ambitious posting schedule, including three daily posts on both TikTok and Instagram
  
• Foster community growth through active engagement, aiming for 50 meaningful comments daily on Reddit
  
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to expand our social media presence and boost user engagement
  
• Stay ahead of social media trends and swiftly adapt our approach to maximize impact
  
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis of our posts and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
  
• Identify and reach out to influencers in our niche to explore collaboration opportunities
  
• Collaborate closely with the founder to ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and overall strategy
  
• Contribute creative ideas to our broader digital marketing initiatives
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  
• Proven track record in social media management, with particular expertise in TikTok and Instagram (MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  
• Strong creative skills and proficiency with Canva and other content creation tools
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Demonstrated ability to understand and connect with a target audience of busy professionals
  
• Experience with social media analytics tools and performance tracking
  
• Comfort with creating face videos is a plus (but not mandatory)
  
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on a schedule aligned with US Pacific Time
  
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  
• Passion for books, podcasts, and continuous learning
  
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and industry trends
  
• Strong understanding of current social media landscape and best practices
