Job description

Position: Pediatric Mental Health Therapist - Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Compensation: Starting at $85,000/yr | Sign On Bonus Eligible: $2.5k | Fully Remote (U.S. only)

Flexible Schedule: Monday–Friday with an optional Saturday morning shift available.(40 hrs/wk)

About the Role:

Setting: Outpatient in Pennsylvania – 100% Remote
Flexible Schedule: 40 hrs/week | Mon.-Fri. with an optional Sat. morning shift available
Patient Population: Ages 3-19 years old (Approx. 30-40% Ages 11+) with diagnoses and symptoms including anxiety & ADHD, bowel and bladder issues, depressive symptoms, disruptive behaviors, eating issues (not disorders), and traumatic stress symptoms.
Compensation: Starting at $85,000/year (W2) and a $2.5k Sign On Bonus eligibility for PA Licensed Therapists willing and able to see ages 3+

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Active LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT license in Pennsylvania required
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours.
Experience & willingness to treat patients ages 3+ required.
Proven experience providing therapy services, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in these settings.
Successful completion of the ASWB, NCW, NCMHCE, or the AMFTRB examination for independent clinical licensure.
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
