Marketing Technology Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Technology Manager to lead our marketing operations function. This role encompasses both hands-on technical expertise and leadership responsibilities. The Manager will manage the marketing technology stack, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data flow, lead management, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Technology Management:
    • Own and optimize the entire MarTech stack, including tools like Pardot, Demandbase/6sense, Chili Piper, NeverBounce, ZoomInfo Form Complete, and Zapier.
    • Manage Google Tag Manager and Chili Piper chat tools for a global website.
    • Evaluate and implement new marketing technology solutions to improve team efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Sales Operations:
    • Partner with sales operations on lead scoring, lead routing (using LeanData), and marketing attribution tracking.
    • Collaborate to develop and execute a target account program aligned with ABM principles.
  • Data & System Strategy:
    • Define and enforce a strategy for standardized nomenclature across Salesforce fields, campaigns, and UTM tags to ensure clean, consistent data flows through all systems.
    • Create processes for ongoing data hygiene, leveraging tools like NeverBounce and ZoomInfo
    • Maintain GDPR compliance and other data privacy standards across marketing systems and processes.

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics to measure and improve marketing ROI.
    • Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation, CRM, and other tools in the stack.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing marketing operations and MarTech stacks in a B2B environment.
  • Deep expertise in tools like Pardot, Salesforce, Demandbase/6sense, Chili Piper, LeanData, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles, lead scoring methodologies, and marketing attribution tracking.
  • Experience creating standardized data strategies (e.g., nomenclature for Salesforce fields, campaigns, UTM tags).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated success leading and mentoring team members.
  • Familiarity with headless website CMS platforms like Contentful or Strapi

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript for minor tool or tag customizations.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams and managing global marketing operations.
  • Salesforce certification
