Training Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm MST for 6-7 weeks; shifts begin AFTER training is complete

Mon, Wed-Fri 11:30-8 & Sat 8-4:30 (Sun, Tues off)
Mon-Tues, Thur-Fri 11:30-8 & Sat 8-4:30 (Sun, Wed off)
NOTE: All times are scheduled in Mountain Time, shifts will vary to your time zone (Example: If you are Pacific Time shifts are 1 hour behind so 11:30am 8pm; if you are Central Time shifts are 1 hour ahead, e.g.: 1:30pm-10pm, etc.

Your Responsibilities
- Cross-sells credit union products and services to encourage a full-financial relationship with the credit union.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively within multiple channels of inquiries
- Plays an important role within CU lending. Utilizes CU lending guidelines and weighs CU risk when making lending decisions.
- Works in conjunction with other business partners (Underwriting, Consumer Lending and Loan Servicing) to ensure we adhere to all established Federal regulatory guidelines
- Advises and assists members in making informed decisions regarding their accounts.
- Adheres to the philosophy and mission of the credit union in actions and communications.

- Training is 7 Weeks Monday-Friday
- Specific criteria must be met in order to work from home-Minimal Tech Requirements: Internet Download Speed 50 Megabytes and Upload Speed 10 Megabytes, a fiber, cable, or high-speed DSL internet service is required for your internet connection. Please note, dial up, satellite and fixed wireless internet service providers are not adequate to support work from home use.
