Position Title: Client Partner, Mid Market – Strategic New Business

Location: Remote (25% travel)

About the role

The Client Partner Mid Market, Strategic New Business, is a key position within LTK’s Strategic New Business team. This individual will spearhead the acquisition of new, high-value enterprise-level accounts. This role is ideal for a high-energy, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a hunter role—focused on identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with enterprise brands looking to scale through LTK’s influencer marketing platform. The ideal candidate has a consultative sales approach, strong business development skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

How you will make an impact

New Business Development & Sales Execution:
  • Identify and engage new enterprise brands and retail partners, building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts, leveraging industry insights to create compelling outreach strategies.
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand business needs, and present customized influencer marketing solutions that drive brand growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure—meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Consultative Selling & Relationship Building:
  • Establish trust with key decision-makers, articulating the value of influencer marketing in driving brand awareness and sales.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing strategies to advise potential clients effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams (strategy, marketing, and account management) to ensure a smooth transition from sale to activation.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
  • Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals that showcase the power of LTK’s platform.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and insights into key trends shaping client needs.

What you will bring to LTK

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in digital marketing, media, or advertising.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a hunter sales role.
  • Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market brands and retailers in the e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle space.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital media, and social commerce.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Self-starter mentality with a hunger to win and drive revenue growth.
