Position Title: Product Manager, Curation & Content Tooling

Location: Remote

About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Product Manager to join our growing Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our content discovery and personalization features, enabling users to find the most relevant content and products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to craft innovative solutions that improve browsing experiences and help consumers be inspired and easily discover creators, products, and brands they love. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing new content tooling that empowers consumers and creators, improve operational efficiency, and support a thriving content ecosystem.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Guide content discovery and personalization roadmap: Develop and execute a product strategy that drives engagement and user retention, and seamless content experiences, as well as ensure diverse, engaging, and user-friendly front-end content curation and personalization strategies
  • Empower Content Creators with Cutting-Edge Tools: Develop and enhance creator tools that enable seamless content creation, organization, and discoverability. Work closely with creators to understand their needs and deliver solutions that amplify their reach and impact.
  • Develop and Optimize Content Curation & Operations: Lead initiatives to streamline content workflows, improve operational efficiency, and introduce scalable content tooling that enhances how content is organized and surfaced to users.
  • Lead product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with the company goals and user needs 
  • Enhance features across browse and personalization by improving browsing, search, and recommendation features. Utilize data insights to identify opportunities and build and optimize algorithms that deliver personalized content and product recommendations to users based on their shopping preferences and behaviors.
  • Drive Innovation in Content Strategy & Creator Tools: Identify opportunities to enhance how users discover and browse across the platform by developing new content tooling, improving content structuring, and providing creators with better tools to optimize their content for discovery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Showcase exemplary partnership with Engineering, Design, Leadership, Marketing, and other cross-functional departments on new zero to one initiatives as well as optimizing and scaling current projects.
  • Drive innovation in content discovery: Identify opportunities to enhance how users discover and browse across the platform, integrating new technologies and trends in content curation.
  • Understand our users: Be a strong advocate for a data-driven approach to improving customer experience, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand our customer’s needs
  • Ensure scalability: Work on improving platform performance, ensuring that personalization and discovery features scale as our user base grows.

What You Will Bring To LTK:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally working on content discovery, browse, personalization, or similar product areas.
  • Proven experience in content strategy, operations, and developing new content tooling or creator tools.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and metrics analysis.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and data scientists.
  • Strong understanding of user-centric product design and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
  • Familiarity with recommendation systems, search algorithms, and personalization techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present product vision and strategy clearly to stakeholders.
  • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
  • Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce, marketplace, or social shopping platforms.
  • Familiarity with machine learning models used in recommendation systems and content discovery.
  • Experience in user research, journey mapping, and identifying user pain points in discovery and browsing flows.
  • Previous experience developing creator tools or content management systems to support scalable content operations.
