We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced Business Development Director to join our dynamic team at SyntheSys Defence Systems.
Delkia is a specialist engineering and technology company for safety-related and mission critical systems in highly regulated sectors, including the Nuclear and Defence sectors. Delkia has recently acquired SyntheSys Defence Limited (now SyntheSys Defence Systems) a distinguished provider of Interoperability and Tactical Data Link (TDL) solutions, with over 30 years of proven expertise and service excellence in the industry.
With SyntheSys' established history of service excellence and technical expertise, a new position has opened within SyntheSys for a Business Development Director to lead on the acceleration of the Group’s joint advancements in:
Overview of the role:
As our new Business Development Director, you will lead the SyntheSys drive in sales growth and the maximising of profitability across the Group’s joint portfolio in Tactical Data Links Test, Trial, Training and Evaluation. In this role, you will be the focal point for all Sales and Business Development within SyntheSys and by using your technical expertise, you will highlight SyntheSys’ value propositions and be at the forefront of building meaningful customer relationships and fuelling the Groups growth in the Tactical Data Links sector.
This is a senior position in the Group and the aspiration is that, in time, this role will evolve into a General Manager (GM) position leading SyntheSys.
