We are seeking dynamic (Senior) Java Developer to join a leading global fintech company specializing in digital trading solutions. This is a unique opportunity to architect and manage innovative platforms that revolutionize how users engage with financial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal trading desks to gain a comprehensive understanding of trading operations and processes.
• Liaise effectively with stakeholders, including finance teams and other relevant departments, to ensure alignment on trading strategies and objectives.
• Analyze and interpret trading data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, particularly within the cryptocurrency space, to provide insights and recommendations.
• Develop an understanding of retail and institutional trader behavior, preferences, and needs.
• Utilize strong technical skills to analyze market trends, spot, derivatives, and options trading strategies.
• Provide support and insights to enhance the trading experience for both retail and institutional clients.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration on trading initiatives and product offerings.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of trading strategies and products, with a focus on both traditional and cryptocurrency markets.
• Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to report on progress, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the identification of new opportunities within the trading and exchange domains, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in trading or financial services, with a strong understanding of internal trading desks and operations.
• Preferably experience at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or Exchange developing trading applications in Equity, FX or Derivative products in traditional or crypto market.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and products is a significant advantage.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and market trends.
• Understanding of retail and institutional trading behaviors, including spot, derivatives, and options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across various departments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with trading platforms and tools is a plus.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
