Summer 2025 Solutions Engineer Intern

Internship Overview

We are looking for ambitious students to join us as Summer Interns in 2025. You will be working within our cross-functional Customer Experience team and get the opportunity to help solve problems for our customers, both in a support and product delivery capacity.

• The program is 10 weeks long from June 4 - August 6
• 9am-5pm EDT Monday-Thursday
• The remote position is located in the United States with a Kickoff Day and mid-summer checkin at our NYC offices.

Your Experience:

We are not too worried about what technologies you have worked with before, as we expect the right candidate to be a fast learner and interested in new ways of getting things done.

This being said, we dream about a junior developer with experience in one or several of the below disciplines:

• frontend development
• SaaS development
• information visualization
• data structures and databases
• test-driven development
• open source web development

Examples of the technologies you will be working with (previous experience a plus but not required): AWS, SQL, Git, Ruby, Kotlin, Angular, Typescript and CSS.

Solutions Engineering is one of the most important roles within the B2B enterprise software space. It is your job to know the technical ins and outs of the product while working closely with Customer Success Managers to manage technical risk while onboarding and managing customers. This means that you will need to research new systems that the customer wants to include, build the customer’s trust by answering technical questions about the product, and provide them with general guidance of the media industry that we operate in.

Who you are:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

You have a strong interest in working with people and applying your problem solving skills to solve real world problems for Burt Intelligence amazing customers.

Fast learner interested in new ways of getting things done.

Genuine passion and interest for development and a never-ending curiosity of learning new skills.
