Role Summary
This role represents the primary point of contact from Coupa to customers after customer launch, advising customers on strategies to maximize the value of the Coupa platform while supporting customers to articulate/quantify the value Coupa is delivering. In addition, this role will ensure contract renewals, identify and close cross-sell opportunities, and are accountable to revenue growth targets across their assigned accounts.  

What You'll Do:
  • Managing relationships and monitoring customer performance
  • Developing customer success roadmap
  • Driving periodic business reviews and developing account strategy
  • Build out an account penetration model that encourages multi-angle access to key accounts
  • Align overall value messaging targeted towards the chief economic buyer in target accounts
  • Identifying expansion and growth opportunities within customer accounts
  • Conducting scheduled customer check-ins and customer success metrics workshops to ensure Coupa is adopted and optimized
  • Coordinating required internal resources from across Coupa to enable customer to achieve their value objectives
  • Sharing standard processes ideas, product information, and relevant Coupa news
  • Provide a consistent point of contact for customers and an advocate for the customer within Coupa

  • What You Will Bring to Coupa:
  • Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Contract domain expertise
  • Understanding of technology planning, implementation and impact on business with in-depth experience of Procurement software
  • Strong background in customer/client management
  • Experience in developing and maintaining executive relationships and associated influencing strategies
  • Project management including leading disparate, cross-functional, cross-enterprise project teams
  • Ability to have value-based conversation with business executives
  • The estimated pay range for this role is as follows:

    •Based in Bay Area, California: Base range of $145,000 - 155,000 + eligibility for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50

    The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
