The role of the Sales Support Specialist is pivotal, entailing direct collaboration with the Powur Sales Support Manager. As an integral part of our incredibly agile and multifaceted team, the Specialist will spearhead the synchronization of various departments, including sales, accounting, compliance, installers, and administration. With a primary focus on daily operational orchestration, the Specialist will ensure seamless coordination among the aforementioned stakeholders, with the ultimate aim of upholding the superlative standards inherent in Powur's consistently expanding portfolio of solar sales and installations.

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently oversee the queue encompassing all pre-sales notes and communications originating from Consultants. Functioning as the frontline resource, promptly address inquiries pertaining to solar proposals, contracts, Powur procedures, systems, technology, and sales-related queries.

  • Provide comprehensive aid and support to Consultants in their endeavor to successfully finalize a maximum number of solar contracts. This involves offering training, devising solutions to challenges, and effectively addressing administrative obstacles to facilitate the seamless progression of projects towards submission.

  • Play a key role in orchestrating strategic sales partner initiatives, encompassing vital functions such as collaborating with Powur Mentors and overseeing Sales Organizations/Dealers, among other responsibilities.

  • Collaborate closely with the Powur operations team, software partners, installation partners, and finance partners to effectively resolve inquiries of a sales nature, ensuring a smooth process for project submissions.

  • Demonstrate adeptness in navigating various CRM and software platforms with a high level of technological proficiency.

  • Diligently discern significant trends unfolding within the business and take the initiative to communicate them to management. This proactive approach empowers the company to foster growth, adapt to changing dynamics, and consistently provide innovative solutions to both consultants and customers.

  • Embody the role of a versatile sales support virtuoso, unwaveringly maintaining an elevated standard of service, professionalism, and profound respect for Powur Independent Consultants – the veritable driving force behind the distinctive essence of our company.

  • Availability to work weekends 


Additional Desired Traits & Attributes:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience with a small to medium sized company is required.

  • PV Solar or construction experience is preferred.

  • Self-motivated independent worker.

  • Experience with CRM or project management systems such as Zoho, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspot, Podio, Zendesk etc.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, some college is preferred.

  • Bilingual (spanish/english)


Primary Performance Metrics:


  • Response time to all sales related issues, and making sure communication queues are cleared each working day. 

  • Net Promoter Score of consultants, how likely they are to refer other consultants to Powur based on their service experience 

  • Number of tickets completed per month

  • Number of chats handled/missed per month

  • Ensuring the quality and assurance of tickets and chats handled.


Compensation:

  • Hourly: $19.24 - $20.00; Depending on experience.
