Responsible for driving sales in the region and managing monthly Business Planning and review. Also responsible for Relationship Management with CSD/CPC/INCS Area Managers in the Region and Relationship Management with key Depots & URCs

Meeting the top line sales objective for CSD
Managing the overall profitability of CSD channel
Deliver on all mandatory requirements in terms of CSD listing, price negotiation & revision
Maximize the Shopper touch point in the Institutions
Setup a high performing team to manage CSD business
Provide strategic inputs to the organization on CSD channel
Organize Top to Top meetings within the CSD hierarchy
Manage industry interfaces and keep the organization informed about developments in the channel
