About the Job

We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive (AE) to lead enterprise expansion in Korea. In this role, you will focus on acquiring, expanding, and managing high-value relationships with large enterprises, government agencies, and key industry players.

 

Korea represents a high-growth market with increasing demand for cybersecurity training, workforce development, and compliance solutions. This role requires a strategic, results-driven sales professional with experience selling B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise training solutions. You will work closely with direct customers, partners, and resellers to establish OffSec as the premier cybersecurity training provider in Korea.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to drive revenue growth in Korea’s enterprise and public sector markets.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed ARR targets while ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Engage with C-level executives, security leaders, and training departments to position OffSec as a strategic partner.
  • Work closely with government agencies and regulated industries to align OffSec’s solutions with compliance and workforce mandates.
  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and alliances to expand market reach and accelerate deal closures.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, sales presentations, and executive briefings to enterprise customers.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal tracking in Salesforce.
  • Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, regulations, and workforce challenges in Korea to tailor solutions for customers.

 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions in Korea.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-value enterprise and government accounts.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles, including selling to large enterprises, public sector organizations, and regulated industries.
  • Expertise in solution selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, CoM, or Win by Design.
  • Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, and resellers to drive market expansion.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Fluent in Korean and business-level English (both written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
