As we continue to grow, we are actively seeking a highly motivated Financial Report Analyst with a solid academic foundation in Accounting. This role calls for a resourceful, driven, and creative individual who can contribute significantly to the success of our Finance/Accounting team.
This position will report directly to the Finance Director.

What you’ll do:
Responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support financial planning and capacity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
Generate invoices and track AR
Review payroll and new approvals
Process and review invoices to ensure appropriate expense approvals and payment
Cash balance management
Project: Integrate AI in the accounting process
What expertise you’ll need:
Degree in Accounting
5 years of experience in financial close and accounts payable processing.
Experience in USGAAP accounting
Experience in Budgeting
Experience with Quickbooks and Accounts Payable Software (for example: Coupa)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel, and Google Spreadsheets
Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
Effective English communication (verbal, written, and presentation) with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Works collaboratively by consulting with employees, colleagues, and clients.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
