Financial Report Analyst

As we continue to grow, we are actively seeking a highly motivated Financial Report Analyst with a solid academic foundation in Accounting. This role calls for a resourceful, driven, and creative individual who can contribute significantly to the success of our Finance/Accounting team.

This position will report directly to the Finance Director.

This is a full-time, fully remote work opportunity.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support financial planning and capacity

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.

• Generate invoices and track AR

• Review payroll and new approvals

• Process and review invoices to ensure appropriate expense approvals and payment

• Cash balance management

• Project: Integrate AI in the accounting process

What expertise you’ll need:

• Degree in Accounting

• 5 years of experience in financial close and accounts payable processing.

• Experience in USGAAP accounting

• Experience in Budgeting

• Experience with Quickbooks and Accounts Payable Software (for example: Coupa)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel, and Google Spreadsheets

• Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.

• Effective English communication (verbal, written, and presentation) with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Works collaboratively by consulting with employees, colleagues, and clients.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
