Our client is a international manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Provide guidance to local partners to address identified gaps and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements of the company.
Review HR activities to ensure the compliance with Vietnamese Labor Code including working hours, working days, and contractor arrangements.
Verify and maintain the company’s compliance documentation to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence for existing facilities.
Assist other teams by offering support on local regulations.
Understand and implement relevant GSARA processes.
Facilitate communication of regulatory requirements to the Regional Manager and Director.
Ensure timely responses to requests from global or regional teams regarding registration needs.
Work directly with international customers and their auditing departments.
Must-have
Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in compliance roles in Vietnam, especially in the financial companies.
Proven experience in creating and conducting compliance training programs.
In-depth understanding of the Vietnamese regulatory landscape and compliance obligation, as well as solid grasp of international compliance standards.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Willing to take business trips and work flexibly with international business hours (occasionally).
