Static and Motion Graphics Designer

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Design Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will create and produce engaging graphics—both static and motion—videos, and various multimedia content to strengthen our brand presence and effectively convey our message to the target audience.

SALARY RANGE: PHP 60K-90K (The final rate/offer will be determined based on your experience and how well your profile aligns with the client's expectations.)

The Role:

• Stay current with social media content trends and use relevant examples to inspire new content ideas
• Understand the types of content (text, media) that Alkai creates and develop concepts tailored to this content
• Consistently develop new creative layout ideas that appeal to small businesses and their customers, incorporating animations, visual treatments, media, text, and brand elements for social media
• Take a concept from inception to completion by: Building all underlying assets, Defining animation timing and easing, Establishing placement rules for assets.
• Incorporate feedback to refine and enhance concepts and executions
• Design layouts to support flexible combinations of text, media, colors, and fonts
• Use Adobe After Effects to export assets and animations in formats compatible with Alkai’s design framework, breaking down effects into logical pieces for flexibility and modular usage

Must-Haves:

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, particularly for mockups, concept sharing, and exporting in Lottie format or other compatible formats
• Experience with Illustrator, Figma, or other design applications
• Ability to learn and utilize in-house tools for creating and adjusting layout configurations

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with other applications that create Lottiefiles
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
