Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; anytime between  9am to 5pm Libertyville, IL

Social Media Marketing:
  • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop and schedule posts using tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the audience
  • Design digital marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and blog posts
  • Run and analyze social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Assist with maintaining social media ads and blog posts, newsletters, and sending out campaign emails
  • Collaborate on branding and promotional campaigns
  • Optimize SEO for home care-related content and blog posts
  • Design and create marketing flyers for campaigns and outreach
  • Implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
  • Maintain and update the company website (WordPress) to ensure accurate and engaging content

Customer Service:
  • Answer and screen inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients
  • Gather client information and pre-qualify leads based on agency requirements
  • Schedule assessments for the Care Manager/Intake Person for potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (ClearCare)
  • Follow up with prospects and referrals to convert leads into clients
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring proper documentation

A dministrative Support:
  • Organize and update client and marketing databases
  • Prepare reports on lead conversion, social media performance, and ad ROI
  • Assist with email marketing and drip campaigns
  • Support business development efforts with research and outreach


Requirements
  • Experience in Home Care or Healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Hootsuite, HubSpot, ClearCare
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote setting
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and automation tools
  • Experience in flyer design and campaign marketing
