As an outgoing, dynamic, and inquisitive individual who thrives on securing the next sale, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and increasing annual spend with existing customers through the Körber Supply Chain products and services portfolio.
You will actively contribute to the sales team by attending regular meetings with customers, internal sales, and solutions delivery teams. Your role will involve identifying customer pain points, presenting tailored solutions, and preparing sales proposals. You will utilize Salesforce CRM to track all sales activities and maintain up-to-date information on your customer base.
Achieve revenue and profit margin targets by increasing order intake from named customers.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across Operations, Distribution, Finance, and IT departments within client organizations.
Develop 3-year investment strategies and account plans to maximize cross-sell opportunities.
Accurately report on sales progress, forecast revenue, and ensure high levels of customer service (evidenced by NPS scores).
Represent customer interests while ensuring Körber’s value is communicated, facilitating customer participation in events and promoting positive references.
Working pattern and hours - e.g. Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week
At least 4 years of experience in Account Management with enterprise clients, managing 250,000+ EUR annual spend, preferably in supply chain, logistics, retail, or manufacturing industries.
Degree in Business or S.T.I.M disciplines preferred, with familiarity in warehouse operations, ERP, WMS, TMS, and OMS systems.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and experience in the consultative, solutions-led sales cycle.
Strong customer focus, with a passion for improving operations through technology adoption and the ability to challenge prospects and lead the business agenda.
Fluent in English with effective communication, presentation skills, and the ability to link customer strategies to winning arguments.
Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce CRM, with strong business acumen, time management skills, and a positive, can-do attitude toward challenges and professional growth.
