  • Maintain and report on your own sales pipeline and forecast using a CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Follow up on new sales leads and opportunities from other departments and generate new leads through prospecting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Bridgestone and its subsidiaries to drive business growth.

Job description

We are looking for our Senior Sales Representative (Hunter) to join the France direct sales team, currently made up of 5 sales managers throughout France. You will report directly to the Manager France Field Sales, your mission will be to sell our value-added solutions to prospects with fleets ranging from 50 to 500 vehicles in Ile-de-France.

 

Here's a little taste of your challenge:

  • Win new customers

  • Generate, manage, and close New Logo sales opportunities.

  • Generate, maintain, manage, and report on your own pipeline & sales forecast in CRM system (SF)

  • Deliver upon agreed sales targets for New Logo sales (New Customers).

  • Follow-up on new sales leads and opportunities from other departments.

  • Generate new sales leads and opportunities via own prospecting.

  • Develop and maintain strong collaboration with colleagues from Bridgestone and its other subsidiaries to generate business.

Who are you?

A positive-minded, energetic, and ambitious sales professional with relevant experience and a can-do attitude.

  • You are a team player;

  • You are result oriented, a hunter and are good at opening new accounts;

  • You know how to use/develop your network;

  • You know how to manage the entire sales cycle from detection to signature and achieve your objectives independently; proven track record in achieving sales targets;

  • You naturally develop your ecosystem and you are able to build your client portfolio from scratch;

  • You have more than 10 years of sales experience at least 3 years of successful experience in direct sales (B to B), ideally in a BtoB SaaS/IT company;

  • You have excellent listening, analytical, prioritization and organizational skills

  • You are able to consistently and rigorously complete weekly sales reports (sales forecast + activities);

  • If you know Salesforce.com it's a plus, but it can be learned;

  • You speak French perfectly (close to native), and you are well versed in English (should be able to understand basic conversation)

  • You have a valid driver's license and you are based in Paris.
