Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a part-time Senior DevOps with extensive experience in complex AWS and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage application infrastructure in AWS and Azure for a complex project that integrates real-time communication and AI.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate software deployments, and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Implement and automate testing processes to ensure application reliability and performance.
Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure, addressing performance and security issues proactively.
Participate in daily standups with teammates to discuss progress and blockers.
Join weekly demos with clients to showcase updates and deployments.
Collaborate with developers to streamline DevOps workflows and improve system efficiency.

Technical Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience implementing DevOps practices in AWS and Azure, specializing in IaaS solutions, with a strong focus on CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
3+ years of experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and automation using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible to manage scalable infrastructures.
Strong understanding of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and data storage solutions (S3, EBS).
Deep knowledge of networking principles and protocols, including OSI layers, TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.
Experience in agile development using Scrum or Kanban methodologies, emphasizing continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
