Team or Function Overview  

Siplast, a brand of GAF Commercial, offers a  uniquely segmented and dedicated portfolio of building enclosure solutions for the commercial construction market. The Sales Administrative Coordinator is part of our dedicated Siplast team.  This position is remote and generally requires the establishment of, and operation from, an in-home office and requires some travel to various customers, events and offsite meetings.  For more information, visit www.siplast.com.

Summary 

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and coordinator support to the Area Vice President, Northeast and the sales team. This position will be fully remote.

Essential Duties
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide general support to the Area Vice President and the sales team to include but not limited to administrative tasks such as correspondence,  presentations, spreadsheets, fliers, etc., meeting set up, travel arrangements, internal committee coordination, other initiatives/projects as assigned
  • Provide Salesforce expertise by delivering day-to-day support, sales data analysis, sales reports, and other high-level information
  • Review incoming email, correspondence, phone calls and calendar management for the Area Vice President
  • Partner and collaborate with various GAF counterparts and departments to leverage and utilize available resources such as internal communications, A/V assistance, IT support, etc.
  • Review, manage and pay invoices and coordinate vendor payments and PCard payments
  • Respond to requests from customers (both internal and external) in a professional and timely manner 
  • Coordinate, update and maintain reports and communications with the Dallas  corporate office
  • Support hiring managers with the administration piece of the hiring process including new hire onboarding and orientation

  • 3+ years administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent skills in planning, prioritization, initiative, organization, communication and customer service

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience in commercial roofing industry, preferred
  • Knowledge with Google Suite or MS Office 

Physical Demands 

  • Ability to frequently work in a stationary position for long periods of time  
  • Ability to frequently move about to accomplish tasks or to move from one work area to another 
  • Close visual acuity to view documents, computer screens, and files 
  • Ability to frequently and quickly converse with and convey information to others on the phone and in-person 
  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment and keyboards 
  • Ability to position self to bend, pull, and reach at or below shoulder level to perform filing duties and application demos 
  • Ability to move up to 25 lbs. frequently (files, boxes, etc.)

Annual Salary Range: 41,262-56,735
