Work Schedule: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Philippine Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Estimator/Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in estimating, document management, and assistance in project management. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent time management, and a willingness to understand and/or learn the concrete construction industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Manage bidding documents and assist with or provide comprehensive project estimates.
Procure subcontractor pricing, vendor pricing, and any other pre-bid quotes necessary to provide complete bid
Create project takeoffs using software tools such as Bluebeam, ProCore, BidConnect, and others.
Support construction estimating and budgeting processes using HeavyBid and HeavyJob.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Address issues or cost changes promptly during the construction process.
Assist in project management, write up extras and change orders, and help review job site plan changes and any cost impacts.

Qualifications
