Turnstile is the revenue lifecycle management platform that makes quote-to-cash easy, no matter how you price. Today, revenue, operations, and finance teams struggle with everything from billing customers to rolling out new pricing because their commercial data is scattered across a mess of spreadsheets and siloed tools.
Turnstile creates a shared source of truth for your commercial terms and gives you everything you need to manage your revenue lifecycle—from quoting and subscription management to billing and revenue recognition—simplifying workflows so you can scale with ease.
We're a small, fully remote, and proven team with multiple "best places to work" awards to our credit. We have strong backing from First Round Capital, prominent usage-based founders and operators, and other top investors. The last company we started, Second Measure, scaled to 70+ people and tens of millions in revenue, and was ultimately acquired by Bloomberg in a landmark deal.
As our third product manager (reporting to our head of product), you'll have an outsized opportunity to manifest our product vision and fundamentally improve the way in which companies operate. You’ll help drive customer adoption of our current products and ultimately be responsible for owning a new product from ideation to launch. You’ll navigate seamlessly between ideating on high-level product strategy, sweating the nitty-gritty details of a feature’s implementation, gathering feedback from customers, and synthesizing the feedback into actionable next steps.
You’ll work closely with engineers and designers to deliver delightful and intuitive experiences that solve immediate customer pain points that are long-term aligned with our company’s strategic direction. Joining us means becoming a key part of a tight-knit team of experienced operators and repeat founders who are shaping the future of SaaS. You'll help lay the foundation for our product as we continue to find product-market fit, while ensuring that the user interface and user experience are top-notch.
Own a new product category from inception to launch.
Constantly iterate on the product to increase adoption and depth of value with our customers.
Keep everyone in the loop. Engineering, Design, and Product are always in lockstep, and other internal teams have the product visibility they need to succeed in their roles.
Be the customer's number one fan. You will deeply understand customer needs and partner with engineering and design to build a product that delights the customer.
Be tapped into the competitive landscape and the emergent trends among our customers.
You have proven B2B SaaS PM experience (4+ years)
You have a bias towards action, fast learning loops, and rapid iteration.
You're inclined to think of your product roadmap and decisions in terms of bets, ROI, and opportunity costs.
You understand that a compelling story can rally a team behind an ambitious goal and that thoughtfully written documentation will accelerate the likelihood of the team's success.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You might be a former founder or know that starting a company is in your future.
You'd enjoy working in a dynamic and high-trust environment.
