Due to continued accelerated growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and strategic PRODUCT MANAGER to join our team.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy for our data security portfolio.  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the overall business strategy and goals.
2. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
3. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive the successful development and launch of products.
4. Define and prioritize features based on a deep understanding of customer requirements and business impact.
5. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
6. Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
7. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
8. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create an exceptional user experience for our products.
9. Drive product pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with the pricing team. 
10. Ensure the financial success of the product line, meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing budgets effectively.

• Develops and executes a clear and effective product strategy leading successful product development cycles, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. This includes successful product launches with positive market reception. 
• Meets or exceeds customer expectations. This involves actively gathering customer feedback, understanding user needs, and incorporating insights into product enhancements to drive customer satisfaction.
• Meets or exceeds revenue targets.
• Stays ahead of industry trends, ensuring that the product remains competitive and offers a unique value proposition.
• Leads a team effectively, contributing to the professional development of the team members.
• Makes informed decisions based on data and analytics using KPI’s to assess product performance, user behavior and market trends.
• Articulates the product vision, strategy, and updates in a way that resonates with various audiences.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have the following REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager in computer and network security.
• Strong understanding of cyber security technology.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful products.
• Technical skills including proficiency in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic SQL and Powershell scripting
