We are actively growing and seeking a Media Specialist to join our dynamic team and help elevate our marketing and community engagement efforts.
The Media Specialist will play a key role in marketing, community engagement, and social media communication for Magnolia Physical Therapy’s three locations. This individual will be responsible for developing engaging content, handling concierge calls, and driving outreach efforts to build lasting relationships with our patients and the community.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Promotion:
Create flyers, promotional materials, and branded items (e.g., T-shirts, giveaways).
Design T-shirts and branded content for clinic promotions.
Create and manage weekly posts on Facebook and Instagram (including video content and success stories).
Print and distribute success stories to local doctors for promotion.
Recruiting: Send LinkedIn messages to potential candidates and promote job openings on LinkedIn and Facebook.
Manage Facebook ads and follow up on all leads generated from the platform.
Create landing pages for events, promotions, and general patient engagement.
Develop and send email/text campaigns for clinic promotions and announcements.
Community & Patient Engagement:
Reactivation Calls: Contact 10 past patients weekly to encourage re-engagement with the clinic.
Follow-Up Calls: Reach out to new patient evaluations 3 days post-appointment for check-ins.
Business Outreach: Call 5-10 local businesses weekly to schedule free screen events.
Google Review Follow-Up: Contact patients who leave reviews to thank them and encourage ongoing engagement.
Make reminder calls for new patient appointments and massage appointments.
Assist with planning and coordinating quarterly motivation games for staff and patients, including creating promotional graphics and securing prizes.
Administrative & Customer Support:
Send a weekly recap of success stories to the clinic notes app.
Assist the Central Scheduler (CS) team with appointment scheduling when necessary.
Provide backup support for CS and phone call overflow.
Conduct benefits check calls for patients to ensure they have the necessary information.
Recruitment & Networking:
Canvass LinkedIn for potential therapist recruits.
Create and send a monthly therapist recruitment email using purchased email lists from state boards.
Add business contacts from networking events into the Go High Level (GHL) CRM and develop a monthly email campaign to nurture these relationships.
Internal Communications & Culture:
Alert the team about dress-down days, holidays, and special events.
Document all marketing efforts and activities in Go High Level (GHL) CRM.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Go High Level is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for concierge calls and customer interaction.
Previous experience in marketing, social media management, and/or community outreach is a plus.
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
