The Director, ERP Alliances is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with ERPs to drive business growth, expand market reach, and enhance product offerings. This role involves building strong relationships with ERP partners, driving joint go-to-market strategies, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
What would you do, if hired?
Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard key ERP partners to strengthen the company’s ecosystem.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ISV partner strategy aligned with business goals.
- Establish and maintain strong executive relationships with ERP partners.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution:
- Define and drive joint GTM strategies, including co-marketing, co-selling, and solution integration.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize ERP-driven revenue opportunities.
- Develop business cases and value propositions to promote ERP partnerships.
Partner Enablement & Growth:
- Ensure ERP partners are fully enabled to successfully market, sell, and support integrated solutions.
- Work with internal teams to provide technical, sales, and marketing support to ERPs.
- Monitor and drive ERP performance metrics, ensuring partners meet agreed revenue and adoption targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management to identify and align on ERP integration opportunities.
- Partner with sales leadership to support joint selling motions and ERP-driven deal execution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop co-branded campaigns and demand generation programs.
Performance & Relationship Management:
- Track, analyze, and report on ERP partner success, pipeline, and revenue contributions.
- Drive contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing strategies with ERP partners.
- Continuously refine and optimize the ERP program to enhance partner experience
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in alliances, business development, or channel management, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful ERP partnerships.
- Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, cloud platforms, and enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies with ERP partners.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of API integrations and software development processes.
- Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive measurable results.
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $175,000 and $200,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
