The Team:
This DevOps role is based in our Bucharest office and is part of a global, cross-functional team dedicated to supporting data analytics and machine learning applications. We value collaboration, innovation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues worldwide to develop robust and scalable infrastructure solutions that drive advanced data-driven applications. Our team is committed to continuous learning and delivering impactful solutions.


Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate code seamlessly into production environments.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, addressing issues on Linux-based systems.
  • Automate workflows with GitHub Actions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure infrastructure and application security and compliance.
  • Support the development and release of complex applications involving data analytics and machine learning.
  • Conduct design and code reviews to uphold high-quality standards.


What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
  • Experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Linux systems administration.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions for workflow automation.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in coding/scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in deploying data analytics and machine learning solutions.
  • Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
  • Strong grasp of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate or similar AWS certifications.
