Job description

As a Data Analyst supporting the IT Business Management team, you will act as a strategic partner to functional teams, responsible for improving financial efficiency and oversight of IT spend. You will be updating existing data models to align to the new IT P&L roll up and consolidation of IT’s financial budgeting, planning and forecasting process
Responsibilities

Upgrade complex Excel spreadsheets and models used for budgeting planning
Create advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros to streamline account mapping
Automate repetitive tasks and link files using macros and VBA.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all Excel-related tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and integrate data.
Identify areas for process improvement and optimization using Excel.
Train team members on best practices for Excel usage and data management

Skills

Advanced Excel (Formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
