• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources for analysis
  
• Apply statistical and quantitative analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from data
  
• Develop and implement data analysis methodologies and models to solve business challenges
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and define analysis objectives
  
• Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate data-driven insights
  
• Analyze trends, patterns, and correlations in data to provide actionable recommendations
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis techniques and tools
  
• Provide support in designing experiments and conducting A/B tests to evaluate hypotheses
  
• Assist in data quality assessment and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability
  
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data analysis tools and platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science)
  
• Proven experience as a Data Analysis Specialist or in a similar data analysis role
  
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python.
  
• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and data visualization methods
  
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to communicate complex findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
  
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
  
• Experience with data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus
