Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years of proven experience in customer support, preferably in chat and email support roles. 
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and chat/email support platforms is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat and email, addressing questions about products, services, and subscriptions. 
  • Problem Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary. 
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide detailed information about our educational offerings and guide customers on how to access and use our services effectively. 
  • Feedback Management: Record and communicate customer feedback, helping to improve services and customer experience.
  • Record Maintenance: Accurately log all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. 
  • Proactive Communication: Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction. 
  • Administrative Support: Undertake any administrative duties as required by the client, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
